The ID Co. responds to business growth with newly opened London office.

London, U.k. -To support the continued commercial growth of lending technology DirectID, The ID Co. is increasing its physical presence today with the opening of an office on New Broad Street in the City of London.

This will serve as a base for The ID Co. in what is widely regarded as the fin-tech capital of the world and allow the company to better engage with the financial services community that DirectID serves. In addition to being closer to customers and the wider market, the company’s presence in London will support The ID Co.’s growth and recruitment drive.

Chief Commercial Officer, Rob Griffiths said:

“Establishing The ID Co. in Edinburgh has been immensely important for the business in terms of raising capital, attracting top tech talent, and serving our customers. As the business continues to scale and we take on more international customers and partners, it makes sense to increase our physical presence and London is very much a global hub for business, technology and finance. The ID Co. already has boots on the ground in London, and with the opening of this space, we will increase the headcount with the appointment of newly created sales and delivery positions.”

In addition to being a working office for the team, the new office will help The ID Co. continue to engage with partners and financial sector industry bodies such as the Working Bank Group, which CEO James Varga sits on the board of.

The growth of the commercial team within the business is aimed at increasing the number of companies already using DirectID to onboard customers and make more informed lending decisions, whilst reducing friction for their applicants.
